Easy to install and delivers a great clear ding that can be heard quite well while cycling. Purchased two, 1 for me and 1 for my wife. Whenever I get to far ahead she lets me know with a quick ring of this bell. Able to hear it clearly while riding from 30 to 50 feet. I use it to warn people on bike trails as I am approaching so as to not startle them. Not sure it’s loud enough for people in cars to hear, haven’t had the need yet.
