I really like the larger pedal and more pronounced pegs. I have a knee injury and tend to rotate my foot outwards as I get fatigued on my ride.
These help to keep my feet positioned correctly, and my knees working straight ahead.

Huge improvement in cycling performance because of grip and large pedal. I took them apart to add grease,but they came prelubed but added some anyway and check their assembly over. I definitely recommend and mountain bike 100 miles week.
