Fast delivery and fairly lightweight for an electric bike. Assembling the bike was easy using the basic tool kit provided.
It is obvious that the quality of the build and components used are made to fit the price:
1.Easy to handle and the battery life is very great. The powerful motor helps with cycling up hills and the assist is wonderful it picks up speed fairly quickly.
2.21 speed Shimano gear system works well and smoothly. The 21 speeds can be quickly switched and the brakes are sensitive.
3.Aluminum alloy frame and suspension fork feels very sturdy and durable.
4.LCD display shows data more clearly.

I had my previous mountain ebike for many years, but recently it has some trouble with the uphills on my work route. So I decided to replace it.
After carefully selecting bikes for prices vs qualities, I placed this order. I like the battery design and I think the accessories advertised in the description will be worthy. The facts proved I did the right choice.
The bike and battery arrived separately after about a week delivery time.
It was easy to assemble, basically 80% completed, you just need to assemble some parts following the instructions or the video provided by the seller.
The ride is very comfortable. Front suspension fork can be locked off if required. Battery charges fast.
Overall I am very happy with the bike and it has reduced my journey time to work, plus I arrive not so tired.

The bikes were well built. We are all impressed with the bike. This 48V model has extra power and longer range, and the best of all, it has a pair of cool tail lights that blink on braking. It’s awesome!
Of the three bikes purchased last years, all had logged in 500-1000km per bike last summer. No technical issues and all performed according to spec. Brakes and gear shifters are of good quality for the price. Bike is lighter in weight (less than 50lb ) which made a noticeable difference from other electric mountain bikes. I stored the battery indoor over the winter and found no leakages when reinstalled it this year.
As for me, HotEbike has been a great investment that offers good value for money.

It took me about 2 hours to assemble and adjust everything. It feels great riding it. The battery has been impressive so far as well.
Worked through the issue of defective part and the service is great.

I am retired and have knee problem but now enjoying biking again. This Bike gives me new opportunity to explore outdoor and helps me going up the hills with ease. It has a throttle and 5 pedal-assist levels. However, I have only required levels 1 to 3 on any of my trips. I still get good exercise by always pedaling.
